Bylaws and Rules
We operate by chapter bylaws in keeping with the Green Party of Pennsylvania's values and state bylaws. The latest ratified bylaws are below. If you believe there is an error or would like to see changes, please bring it up at the next General Assembly meeting. Additional rules and recommendations may also exist.
Adopted by Consensus at the February 2020 General Assembly meeting:
"The goal of the Green Party of Allegheny County is to get party members elected to public office. Recognizing the financial burden of a member's campaign should not be on the candidate alone, the recommended monthly dues for a member of the Green Party of Allegheny County shall be $5.00. Each member shall pay this amount to the Party Treasurer as they are able."
